The best way to market is the products itself and the price versus demand. You also need to find out if customer is going to visit your shop or not.
Don’t forget to add overhead for marketing.

lost leaders where you bit the cost on some stuff
advertising try radio it’s the cheaper and most effective! Let a rep put together a plan for you and don’t exspect results overnight unless you do a remote and then you will have the people there if you ahve anything good to offer!
sadly you have to spend some cost. make a budget for advertising in your finance plans… it is key!
do some web ad’s as well chances are it’s easier to for someone to go to the radio stations web site then remember something sort of catchy dot com…
after working in radio for over 8 years i have seen companies be bull headed and cheap and get no where..
I seen a company increase stores because of their special and their commercial heard with remotes.. they did spend more then the other competitors!!!
    something to think about!
other then that look around for web places try to partner with someone and go in on a deal…
do stuff for the community so your known and network like crazy!!!
also don’t be afraid to start small in radio like a small market off in the boonies!@!!
it’s 10 times cheaper then print!

word of mouth, especially thru satisfied customers. And, sometimes there are free flyer magazines and newspapers in your area like “pennysaver”. Here we just put up signs in front of the place. Sometimes the business is attached to a KFC or inside a Walmart or Convenient Mart where people come and go often. Put a sign on your vehicle.

I agree with Unstoppable Dreams and Angela. Networking a business is how business’s grow to0. Word of mouth. Net work with the locals and build a web site on it.

  • Momof4-5 including my husband:

You could build a website that targets local customers/clients.
The key to building a local business is to use proper key words in the content so that locals will find the site naturally. I would suggest that you find a web host that will fit your budget. If you search I suggest that you compare feature by feature then dollar by dollar.
    BEST WISHES!
